I provide a supportive space for individuals s to be heard, find hope, gain greater awareness, and learn strategies to manage distress and improve relationships. Individualized sessions are geared to help you build awareness of the different parts of your personality and the ways they work to protect you and meet your needs. Through building self awareness, clients can begin to find healthier ways to meet their needs, improve relationships and move toward a more meaningful life.
